I love living here!

I've been feeling very homesick lately. Not for home, the place, but for the people. I miss my family so much. I'm almost crying as I type this, just thinking about them. I don't care how old you get, you can still get homesick like a 5 year old. Well, I do anyway. But this video totally reminded me why I choose to live 20 hours away from a family that I am very close to. Why I am raising my only child so far from my family that loves him too. I love living on an unbridged island. I love the ocean. I love Maine. I love this island. I love it like I was meant to live here. I love it like it is my home, even though I have no roots here. Even though this is a video for one of our local organizations, it has some stunning views of MY island. It really is as beautiful here as it looks.
