Spring 2013

The weather was nice but the temp was still cool. But we couldn't resist getting outdoors and to the beach after a cold and snowy (finally!) winter.

Samson's 7th Birthday

Awww, my sweet boy. I can't believe he is seven already. We had a little party for him. It was a foggy day but kids don't care! We hung out at the library/school/playground (also where I work), then went for a walk, then hung out at the general store, looked for sea glass on the beach, then saw our friends off on the next boat. Then he went to the post office to collect his package from Aunts Emily and Amber. He loves getting packages!

Easter 2013

Church and easter egg hunt on Little Cranberry in the morning. Then church and egg hunt in the evening on Great Cranberry. This was Samson's first easter egg hunt. We don't celebrate easter with the easter bunny or egg hunts. But this year we did let him go to the two hunts and we also bought him a candy filled easter basket! But we did tell him the basket came from us and walmart and not the bunny. Yeah, I know..... The first pic is the Little Cranberry Hunt

Town Meeting

I love this kind of small town stuff. (And I secretly like (good) small town politics too!)Here we are at town meeting.

He just will not smile for a picture anymore. He was really not this unhappy. He came in somewhere around 9th place out of 18 or 20. His car was shaped like a shark and called "The Not So Great White".

Before Nemo

Nemo - Feb. 2013

We have mostly video (which I can't upload) since it was so darn windy. We lost power. But have a generator and wood stove so we manage ok. Disppointed so far with the snow fall, wanted and expected much more. But it's so windy! Some areas have no snow and some have 4 feet! And than can be in the same yard!
